Description

Acusorb® Medera Ideacustic Acoustic Panels

Acusorb® Medera Ideacustic panels are designed to combine striking timber aesthetics with effective acoustic control. The range features linear slotted MDF acoustic panels for walls and ceilings, helping to reduce reverberation caused by everyday activity and improve overall acoustic comfort within interior spaces.

The precise slotted design allows sound energy to pass through the decorative face and into the acoustic backing system behind. When installed with the appropriate air cavity and sound-absorbing mineral wool, the system can achieve high levels of sound absorption, with selected configurations capable of achieving up to Class B absorption, depending on the installation build-up and panel specification.

Acusorb® Medera Ideacustic is ideal for projects where clean linear detailing, natural timber finishes and acoustic performance are all key design requirements. The panels create a refined architectural finish while helping to produce calmer, more comfortable spaces.

The system is suitable for a wide range of public and commercial interiors, including communal spaces, reception areas, conference rooms, atria, auditoria, breakout areas, offices, restaurants, schools, universities and other high-traffic environments where acoustic comfort and visual impact are equally important.

A wide selection of surface finishes is available, including natural wood veneers, melamine and lacquered options, allowing the appearance of the finished space to be tailored to the project design.

Flexible installation methods allow the system to be adapted to different wall and ceiling applications. Where the design requires curved or feature installations, Acusorb® Medera Flex may be considered as part of the overall acoustic solution.

Our technical team is available to assist with product selection, acoustic build-ups, finish options and installation guidance.
