GenieMat FAS4 wet set / semi wet set adhesive. It is solvent-free, non-flammable, has low-odour, demonstrates water resistant benefits of a hard-set adhesive, features long working time, is very quick to use and easy to trowel. This specially formulated adhesive has plasticiser migration resistance that allows installation of a broad variety of vinyl floor products.

GenieMat FAS4 is used for bonding GenieMat sound control underlayments to various subfloors/substrates, and for bonding all specified finish floors and coverings, including vinyl floor products, to GenieMat sound control underlayments.

GenieMat FAS3 adhesive is the predecessor to the newly formulated GenieMat FAS4.

GenieMat FAS4 has replaced the FAS3 to offer a lower coverage per tub for smaller projects / areas and to ensure that the cost per m2 is as competitive as possible in the current market.
